ASIS Toronto Seminar March 17th -PSISA Training and Testing Regulation: In effect on April 15th

The Private Security and Investigative Services Act 2005 (formerly known as Bill 159) and 12 current regulations were phased-in between 2007 and 2009. Now, the Training and Testing Regulation, the 13th and last regulation to be implemented, will take effect this April 15th.
