How to Achieve Bill 168 Compliance by June 15, 2010

Recently amendments were passed to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, which will require all employers in Ontario to develop and implement effective workplace violence prevention programs by June 15, 2010 (a little over 5 months from now). This presentation will unpack the various ways in which the security industry (both employers and employees) will be affected by this new legislation. The presentation will explain the various changes that will be mandated and how these changes will create a safer work
environment for all.
