POSITION SUMMARY
• Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will initiate and support the activities required to ensure the protection of company's assets within the Global Supply Chain Organization.
• Development of overt and covert processes/procedures
• The auditing of suppliers both internal and external.
• Analysis of Supply Chain processes, focusing on opportunities for enhancing asset protection.
• Assist corporate security in their asset protection activities including investigations and quality assurance audits.
• Liaison with the various national and international custom and police authorities.
• Ensures that all asset protection related activities and incidents are documented and communicated in a timely manner.
• Work to maintain a safe, secure environment for all employees, contractors and visitors.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Post secondary education or relevent experience
• Experience in a high volume Supply Chain environment.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in a loss prevention related position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses good problem solving skills and competency in applying these skills.
• A self motivated person with ability to work independently and complete projects on time.
• The successful candidate must also be a team player and work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to travel.
PREFERRED ASSETS
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations.
• Knowledge of the CTPAT standard.
• Knowledge of RFID and its use in a high volume supply chain.
• Working knowledge of CPTED.
