Edward J. Appel, Sr., a 28-year veteran with the FBI, is currently CEO of iNameCheck, LLC, a company specializing in investigations, consulting, and Internet research services. Mr. Appel served as president of the nonprofit Joint Council on Information Age Crime for five years, was Security Director at Level 3 Communications for 2+ years, and was VP at CertCo. Mr. Appel is a graduate of Georgetown University, the Defense Language School, and the National Cryptologic School.
