Understanding Body Language: Recognizing
the Hidden Meaning of Unspoken Dialogue
June 17 , 2009 @ noon Eastern U.S..
About the program:
Review groundbreaking, practical techniques that will enable you to control conversations and negotiations, defuse confrontations, spot and deal with difficult people, and maintain control of interviews. Learn to recognize and understand body gestures that reveal attitude and intent, and benefit from techniques designed to help you manage your own gestures in order to control situations. Common to all individuals, these interpersonal management techniques are easy to learn, more efficient and less confrontational than "counter arguing" or verbal threats, and transcend language and cultural differences.
Presented by:
Dr. Robert R. Rail, author of The Unspoken Dialogue: Understanding Body Language and Controlling Interviews and Negotiations, is a retired police officer and United Nations peacekeeper.
