In Recognition Of Excellence

ASIS Toronto Chapter currently supports two awards programs that recognize leadership and excellence. The Security Practitioner Award Program recognizes the efforts and outstanding results from our partners in the security community. One award in each category of : Investigations, Front Line Security and Security Technology, will be awarded to (3) recipients chosen from the Contract Security, Private Investigations, Corporate Security, Retail Loss Prevention, Tourism and Hospitality, Health Care, Government, Transportation and IT Sectors.

The second awards program that is supported by the ASIS Toronto Chapter is the Law Enforcement Awards. The Law Enforcement Awards Program recognizes the commitment and service of individual police officers to the public in outstanding circumstances that can exceed the ordinary lines of duty. One award in each category of Community Policing, Fraud, Robbery, Computer/Tech Crime, Intelligence, Major Crime, Family Violence/Sexual Assault, Homicide and Auto Theft is awarded to recipients chosen by their superiors and peers.
