Centre for Security Training and Management

Note: Students will be subject to all requirements of the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services with regards to licensing as a security guard or the constable selection process and local police requirements when applying for a position as a police constable in Ontario.
The program is designed to include lectures, homework assignments, group projects, class participation, and interactive role-playing. Students must write and complete a final exam at the end of the program. While in the program, there are days specifically designed for career advancement with resume design, interview skills etc. After graduation, our employment partners recruit for employment opportunities. With an extensive list of agencies that provide employment opportunities for CSTMI graduate students, CSTMI has been able to maintain a 95% job placement rate with the security and protective services field.
